Free Worldwide Shipping

We are proud to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. Every package is shipped using a trackable method so you can follow your order from our farm to your doorstep. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Processing Times

All orders are processed with care before they leave our farm. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days, during which we:

  • Carefully check your items for quality.

  • Package them securely.

  • Forward them to our shipping partner for delivery.

Estimated Shipping Times

Most of our customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and seasonal shipping volumes (especially during holidays).

  • United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Europe, and most major regions: 7–14 business days.

  • Other countries worldwide: 10–20 business days.

Please note: customs delays or local postal issues may occasionally extend delivery times.

Order Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations after your order has been placed. If you need to make a change, please email us at support@nanapopsfarm.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

Undeliverable Orders

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Orders refused or unclaimed at the local post office.

In such cases, a restocking or reshipping fee of up to 50–100% of the item’s value may apply.

Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, you may receive them in separate packages. This helps us ship your order faster and ensures weight restrictions are met.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link by email so you can follow your package’s journey to your home.
